What We Do
Mira Mesa Recreation Council Completed ProjectsMira Mesa Recreation Council Completed Projects
We pioneered and funded the installation of colorful Shade Sail Structures over the children’s playgrounds at LOPEZ RIDGE NEIGHBORHOOD PARK and WESTVIEW NEIGHBORHOOD PARK. With our encouragement, SDP&R added the wood shade covering over the open roof patio adjacent to the Meeting Center at LOPEZ RIDGE NEIGHBORHOOD PARK and the open roof Gazebo at MADDOX NEIGHBORHOOD PARK. SDP&R also added shade fabric over the four Pergola’s at CAMINO RUIZ NEIGHBORHOOD PARK and BREEN NEIGHBORHOOD PARK. At our suggestion, the new addition to MIRA MESA COMMUNITY PARK will include a children’s playground and commons area with Shade Sails over them.
