The Mira Mesa Community Park Phase II Improvements project was advertised on January 10, 2024; bids were opened on March 14, 2024. PCL Construction Services was determined to be the apparent low-responsive bidder. The Notice of Intent (NOI) to award was issued and sent to the contractor on March 25th, 2024.
