The City of San Diego invites you to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for Salk Neighborhood Park & Joint Use Facility. Join Mayor Todd Gloria, Councilmember Chris Cate and San Diego Unified School District representatives in celebrating the beginning of this project.

The project site is south of Jonas Salk Elementary School. To access the event, walk through the fence in front of the brick driveway that is across the street from the above address.
This project will provide a new 4.1-acre neighborhood park & joint use facility to serve Mira Mesa residents and Jonas Salk Elementary School students. Construction is expected to be completed in December 2023. For more information, call 619-533-4207 or email engineering@sandiego.gov.
